The hotel room was exceptionally nice with a tub. The pool was great and the staff was helpful and extremely friendly. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a grassy beachfront park.

The hotel was more than we expected as far as the facilities were concerned. The poolside noise and cleanliness of parts of the hotel were less than desirable. The location was more private and distance from the main part of the boardwalk.

The location was MARVELLOUS, just off the ocean and the restaurant.

The location was fantastic, and I appreciated the friendly staff, but the room could have been better. Noise from the elevator was bothersome, and the lack of hot tub amenities was disappointing. Despite this, the dining options offered some lovely views.

Great oceanfront location at the northern (quiet) end of the beach. Our room on the 9th floor had an updated bathroom and a nice, large flatscreen television. Towels in the bathroom were good quality. The room was good size with a lovely view onto the beach.

The hotel decor is very dated. Carpets in the elevator, hallways, dining room should have been replaced several years ago. The linens on the bed were a bit coarse and scratchy and the pillows weren't too good. The decor in the dining room would have to upgraded just to get to dreary. Really a depressing room, we had one breakfast there and the price was reasonable and the buffet was okay, but the dark blue color scheme,the heavy vinyl table cloths, the fluorescent ceiling lights and the lack of a view made it feel like you were in an institutional setting. I've been in nursing room dining halls that were cheerier!

Parking arrangements

Room was not clean and the blankets had holes and burn spots on them. The sheet did not fit around the mattress.

The beachfront location stands out, with well-maintained pools and easy access to the beach. Tulu's French toast is awesome, and the rooftop view at Orion's made my birthday dinner special despite being priced high. The staff at the front desk could improve their responsiveness, and the indoor-outdoor pool layout can be confusing. Cleanliness was excellent, but the checkout process felt rushed.

Great location with a more secluded beach away from the business of the board walk. Very nice staff; views from rooms great even if you end up with an oceanview instead of an oceanfront room. Basketball court on premises. Bathrooms real nice and neat.

The decor was beautifully modern, and the beachfront accessibility was effortless for seniors, with ramps and clear pathways making it easy to enjoy the ocean and pool.
